Your call to SPCA Tampa Bay will start a case file. We act quickly, following the law and working with Pinellas County law enforcement agencies.

Your name will be kept confidential.

We make every attempt to improve the animal’s situation through owner education and persuasion.

When this does not lead to positive results, SPCA Tampa Bay works closely with law enforcement agencies and the State Attorney’s office to investigate and step in to confiscate animals in need.

We follow the case through the court system, SPCA humane officers provide expert testimony to help convict offenders.



November 20th: New date set for March 2014 trial ~ Todd Walker case. In just 5-months of life this puppy suffered a broken jaw, two skull fractures and lost a leg.
