Animal Emergency Transport

Sick and injured animals found anywhere in Pinellas County can receive around-the-clock transport and emergency medical care. Please call 727-586-3592 for service.

We ask that you contain the animal in need, and wait for our driver to arrive. There is no cost to you and you may help save someone’s beloved pet.

Emergency transportation for Your Dog or Cat is also available. If your dog or cat requires emergency medical care or you need transportation for your deceased pet, SPCA Tampa Bay can help.

The transport fee is $50 per animal. We also offer Private Pet Cremation Services.

Note on Wildlife: SPCA Tampa Bay will pick up injured wildlife for a small donation of $20. The wildlife that share our environment are, for the most part, a welcomed and treasured gift. But sometimes, wildlife can be as intrusive as we must seem to them. Click for basic information on wildlife. If you are calling about birds of prey, eagles, ospreys, hawks, owls or kites you may also call the Clearwater Audubon Bird of Prey Line for assistance at 727-798-2385.

Effective January 30, 2013 the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary will no longer accept sick or injured birds.
